Craig Williams

Craig Williams, a retired Colonel from the United States Marine Corps, exemplifies dedication and servant leadership, flying 56 combat missions during the Gulf War and receiving eleven decorations for his service, including two for Valor. His military career is marked not only by his role as a combat veteran but also by significant legal responsibilities, including serving as the Chief Prosecutor for the Marine Corps' largest base and providing legal counsel to the Joint Chiefs of Staff with a focus on Ethics and Detainee issues.

Craig's commitment to justice continued beyond his military service as he joined the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the U.S. Department of Justice as a Federal Prosecutor. In these roles, he was instrumental in putting violent criminals behind bars, tackling organized drug distribution cartels, and contributing to the national effort to combat terrorism.

Transitioning to political service, Craig was elected to the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives in 2020, representing parts of Delaware and Chester counties. In this capacity, he has made significant legislative contributions, including authoring and passing legislation to establish a Gun Violence Task Force aimed at prosecuting criminals and addressing the rising murder rate. Further demonstrating his commitment to justice, Craig also passed legislation to include human traffickers on the state’s Sexual Offender Registration, reinforcing his dedication to community safety.

A Republican who has consistently won tough races in a pivotal swing district, Craig’s political journey is underscored by his service as a volunteer, including roles as a local county leader and member of the PA GOP’s Election Day Legal Team. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University, a Juris Doctor with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law, and a Master of Laws with high honors in Jurisprudence (Virtue Ethics and Criminal Law) from Columbia University School of Law, showcasing his deep understanding of law and governance.

Beyond his professional and political life, Craig is deeply rooted in his community and family. He is a dedicated volunteer with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts and has coached local baseball, football, and track teams. Craig and his wife, Jennifer, have four children, who have been educated in the Garnet Valley School District.
