General
- When and Where is PLC2026?

The 2026 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference will be from April 9 though April 11 at the Penn Harris Hotel in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
- Is there food at the conference?
-
With your PLC2026 Registration you will receive a lunch (Thursday) sponsored by The Leadership Institute, dinner (Friday) and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The convention center will have a Friday lunch option available to purchase.
- Can I bring bags in?

Any bags entering the facility are subject to search upon entry and at any time during the conference. Safety and Security of our guests are our top priority.
- Can I conceal carry a weapon?

We beleive in your second amendment right to carry, we ask that you please notify a member of safety and security team if you are carrying a firearm. The conference does reserve the right to prohibit firearms and other weapons from the property without advance notice.
Registration
- Will I need my ID to get in?

All attendees will be required to show photo ID during the registration process to receive your credential.
- Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

Once the conference begins there is no transferring of badges, and your badge can only be worn by you. Sharing your badge with another person will result in all associated parties removal from the conference.
Agenda
- When will the agenda be posted?

The full agenda will be posted approximately 1 month before the conference and will be updated regularly.
- What is the Welcome Reception?

The Welcome Reception is new for 2026! Join us for a networking event to kick off the 2026PLC after the workshops on Thursday.
- What is the Pre-Dinner Reception?
-
The Pre-Dinner Reception is a private reception that incldues a meet and greet with the featured dinner speaker along with Hors d'oeuvre and drinks. Entry to the Pre-Dinner Reception requires a seperate registration.
Press and Media
- I am with an accrediated news organization, do I need to register?

For security and also current COVID safety protocols we require all attendees including press to be credentialed for the event.
- I requested a Media Pass now what?
-
After you request a media pass a PLC Staff member will review the request, if you are an accrediated and approved media organization you will receive a second email from Eventbrite stating you made it off the waitlist. You must claim your spot to receive the ticket confirmation.
- Can I get credentialed at the door?

Yes, depending on when you arrive you will be required to wait at the registration table until your credentials can be confirmed by a staff member. We ask you to pre-register at which point you can check yourself in and a nametag will be provided to you.

- What are the hotels safety measures?

We are continuously monitoring and following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and local governments and health authorities in the countries in which we operate. This allows us to continue working towards providing the best service possible with the safety of our guests as one of our highest priorities. - Are masks required and are face shields acceptable?

All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. During the registration process or random security checks you may be asked to remove your facemask to confirm identity.
- Are there any health screening or testing procedures in place?

Current regulations do not require screening or testing to take place. This policy may change depending on the current status of infection rates.
