Cliff Maloney is the CEO of Citizens Alliance, Founder of THE PA CHASE, and has been dubbed “the Godfather of door knocking." Cliff is a PA native who was born and raised in Delaware County, graduated from Chichester High School in 2009, and earned two bachelor's degrees from Pitt Johnstown. At 33 years old, Maloney’s door knocking deployments have knocked on over 8 million doors and won 400+ election contests. He is best known for the 2024 PA CHASE program that knocked on 510,000 doors and increased Trump's share of mail-in ballots from 20% against Biden to 34.5% against Harris.
