Heather Honey is the President of Haystack LLC, a consulting firm specializing in investigations, auditing, and training. She was the lead investigator on President Trump’s criminal defense team supporting his January-6 trial preparation. Honey is also the Executive Director of the Election Research Institute. Under her leadership, the Institute filed the first lawsuit challenging Biden’s Executive Order 14019 and the administration’s controversial efforts to weaponize federal agencies to support Democrats’ campaigns. She co-founded Verity Vote and published groundbreaking research exposing numerous ways that NGOs are exploiting election systems. She is also a Senior Fellow with the Virginia Institute for Public Policy and the co-founder of PA Fair Elections Coalition, a state partner of the Election Integrity Network.
