President and CEO of the Cybersecurity Association of Pennsylvania.  Scott is an expert in cybersecurity and compliance standards such as SOC2, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, and other state and international compliance laws.  A trusted consultant within the cybersecurity community providing thought-leadership guidance and presentations virtually and in-person around the globe.

Scott is a former Judge of Elections and current Pennsylvania State Constable.  With a belief that every legal vote should count, Scott’s desire to ensure peace and security during the election process is a critical component of elections.

Scott is married to Kelly Davis, secretary of the Dauphin County Young Republicans.  Together they are proud parents to three children residing in Lower Paxton Township.
