The 2024 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference to be held April 4-6, 2024 at the Penn Harris Hoten & Convention Center in Camp Hill (Harrisburg), Pennsylvania will include four policy panel presentations including: A Legislature Divided, moderated by Greg Moreland from the National Federation of Independent Business-PA; Securing Pennsylvania’s Energy Future, moderated by Carl Marrara of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association; Data Driven Approach to Mobilizing Millions, moderated by Emily Greene from Americans for Prosperity-PA; and Pregnancy Centers: Protecting Pregnancy Help Statewide moderated by Cheryl Allen from the Pennsylvania Family Institute.
The Pennsylvania Leadership Conference is the premiere gathering of public policy conservatives each year in the Keystone State. It is the largest and longest-running of the state-based conservative conferences regularly attracting a long list of conservative elected officials, scholars, journalists, and activists for three days of speeches, panel presentations, workshops, and networking.

Dave McCormick was born in Washington, Pennsylvania, and raised in Bloomsburg by two lifelong educators. Growing up, Dave played football and wrestled, trimmed Christmas trees and delivered newspapers.
Dave was nominated to the United States Military Academy by a Pennsylvania Senator, becoming the first Bloomsburg student to attend West Point in decades. Dave went on to serve in the 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper and was deployed to the Middle East during the First Gulf War. He received the Bronze Star for his service before retiring as a Captain.
After the Army, Dave earned his Ph.D. in international relations before moving to Pittsburgh. He worked to become the CEO of FreeMarkets, a tech startup employing hundreds in Western Pennsylvania.
In 2005, Dave was called to service again, this time as Deputy National Security Advisor and then Under Secretary of Treasury. Following the administration, Dave joined Bridgewater Associates, one of the largest, most successful investment firms in the world. He served as CEO until 2022.
He and his wife Dina have six daughters.
Joel Natalie is an award-winning 40-year broadcast and communications professional, and Station Manager and Host at TalkErie Radio.
Joel grew up in Erie’s Little Italy neighborhood, and was educated in local parochial schools and at Gannon University. He has worked as an on-air personality and broadcast executive in various music formats, as well as a Communications Director for a large Erie County church, before launching Talk Erie radio. His goal on his daily radio talk show is to have the crucial conversations Erie needs to advance the regional narrative and move the community forward. Hundreds of local and national newsmakers and opinion-leaders have been guests on his radio show over the past five years. He and his wife Debbie live in the City of Erie.
